I think it needs more cool stuff to look at for one thing. A background and header are a way to start, and maybe a special cursor, different layout, pictures of the members, and dens. I Also if there was a little more excitement and you only posted about the Clan happenings it would seem a little more real. Maybe an attack or something, members dying, a prophecy, stuff like that. That always keeps it interesting. ;)
